My love for real estate began during my high school years when I started my career working part time for a local custom home builder. It was during this time that I figured out exactly what I was supposed to do with my life. I started out by following up on warranty calls, repairing or replacing any damaged or malfunctioning items for the residence of the newly constructed homes. I continued working my way through the organization until I became project manager over the construction of the homes in the new community developments.
During my years in new home construction, I attained my real estate license and my BS & MS degrees in Finance, from the University of Houston. Upon graduation, I took a position in banking, where I began working for the mortgage processing department, buying and selling mortgages on the secondary market. This is where I discovered that although I love all aspects of finance, the application of finance to the real estate markets are by far my favorite. I am skilled at finance, hold several series licenses and I specialize in geopolitical events and their effects on the different real estate markets.
My work is heavily inspired by the clients I work for and my deep love of real estate. I can sometimes be found speaking at conferences on the topics of, “The Effects World Politics has on Your Local Real Estate Market”, “Real Estate Investing” and “Coaching New Agents”. When I am not working for the masses, I enjoy remodeling homes, building cabinets and assisting my clients with their renovation projects.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my amazing wife and daughter.
